About Us
Our Mission
We mobilize people and resources to produce targeted improvements in the everyday lives of underprivileged communities. We do this by:
- Partnering with leaders in their local communities to work together and cohesively toward the projects that will produce the long-term benefits right where they are,
- Mobilize the resources and funding required to get projects done, and
- Oversee the transition from Livingstone's leadership role to ownership within the local communities
Our Underlying Principles
- To the highest degree possible, work with local community leaders. These have the pulse of the communities' needs.
- Livingstone are gifted facilitators and subject matter experts for Defining, Scoping, Planning, Implementing, and Transitioning projects. Therefore, we bring these skills as a resource to all of our endeavors.
- Do the most beneficial projects in the most judicious manner. Strict financial accountability is assured and all benefits vs. costs are weighed and approved before any projects commence.
Our Focus Areas
Charitable & Humanitarian
Representative projects in which Livingstone has already engaged are:
- Digging wells for fresh water
- Crisis assistance after a hurricane or tornado
- Children & Families displaced by war or political turmoil
Educational
Examples of areas in which we already provide expertise or plan to include:
- Family counseling
- Tutoring for at-risk youth
- Character building & Leadership training
Medical & Dental Missions
We are most fortunate to have several medical and dental professionals within our group of volunteers. We plan to engage in Medical & Dental missions when the need arises.
Our executive team
Samuel Poeana - Samuel was born and raised in Bucharest, Romania and moved to the United States in 1983 as a 16 year old. He joined the Chick-Fil-A family and then began as an Operator nine years later in 1996.
Samuel is very active with non-profit organizations, such as 4KIDS of South Florida and HOPE South Florida which are devoted to caring for foster children and underprivileged men and women in the community.
Dr. Raul Molina - Dr. Molina has been in the practice of General and Cosmetic Dentistry since 1988. He is a member of the American Dental Association, on the board of the Academy of General Dentistry and editor of the South Florida Dental Association. He is one of South Florida’s leading cosmetic and implant dentists.

Spiro Priovolos - Spiro comes to Livingstone after 25+ years in Management Consulting and Investment Finance. He has held a variety of responsible positions, managing complex multi-national projects for Fortune 100 companies. He is involved in a variety of local outreaches in South Florida.
Spiro also enjoys mentoring the next generation young people to go out and make a positive impact on the world. This is one of his greatest passions. He is also an avid sports fan, with strong ties to Florida
